Summary:The purpose of the Business Operations Analyst is to support Modular Solutions business operations and processes by providing operational analysis and project management support to multiple projects and functional groups within the business. Under intermittent supervision, the position will be responsible for booking jobs, billing, developing and executing the production schedule, providing updates to the sales team and customers, and generation of monthly reports.

Location: In office, Phoenix, AZ

What you will do:

• Validate all requirements for new projects and coordinate with sales, credit, and finance to ensure they are met
• Collaborate with credit to develop a billing schedule, and alert credit at milestones for customer payment
• Plan and schedule workflow for the entire lifecycle of multiple projects concurrently. Identify and escalate any deviations from project schedules
• Document and analyze current processes and propose improvements
• Communicate and forecast updates and key milestones on projects regularly to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain historical performance data and generate monthly performance goals
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree, Technical Degree or equivalent

• 3+ years of related experience

• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field

The typical salary for this position ranges from $ 73,300.00 - 117,200.00 inArizona. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
