We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tradeshow Coordinator Intern to join our dynamic Corporate Events Team. Location: Plymouth, MN - Hybrid

Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May-August 2026

What you will do:

• Research and gather data to identify additional tradeshows and industry events around the county for potential exhibition opportunities with a focus on analyzing competitor presence and strategic positioning
• Organize materials, timelines, and key information to support a successful tradeshow season in the upcoming fiscal year
• Collaborate with indirect sourcing team to manage the corporate apparel and promotional item offering
• Develop a basic understanding of Daikin's products and solutions to effectively support the tradeshow exhibition

Minimum Qualifications:

• Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications
• Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Reside within a 300-mile radius of our Plymouth, MN office

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is $21/hr - $24/hr. Thisrepresentsthe pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
