Position Description

Responsibilities:



  • Daily Interaction with Logistics Team: Obtain information on B Good truck loads and ensure timely communication.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with B Goods Vendors to receive and process orders efficiently.
  • BOC Coordination: Collaborate with the BOC team to enter Purchase Orders (POs) into NERP.
  • Pricing Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any pricing discrepancies that arise during the process.
  • Credit Department Interaction: Liaise with the Credit Department to resolve credit-related issues with vendors.
  • PSI Team Coordination: Work with the PSI team to schedule and execute drop delivery orders.
  • Order Follow-Up: Ensure orders are properly Goods Issued (GI'd) by following up with the Logistics team.
  • Weekly Tracker Generation: Create and maintain multiple weekly trackers to monitor progress and ensure accountability.




Requirements:



  • Experience: Prior sales and account management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competency in SAP and Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
  • Communication and Organization: Superior communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find efficient solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under tight timeframes.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service background to maintain strong vendor relationships. Address customer concerns and manage issues effectively.
