Billing Support Specialist

Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Billing Support Specialist to join our client's team in Springboro, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, resolving billing discrepancies, and supporting overall financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a background in billing or finance support.

Pay: Starting at $20+/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process accurate customer invoices
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain billing records and ensure documentation is up to date
• Assist with month-end and year-end reconciliations
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to verify billing information
• Identify and recommend improvements to streamline billing processes
• Support finance team with reporting and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with billing software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
