Staffmark is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a leading manufacturing team in Huntersville. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery and electrical systems to ensure optimal production performance.

Pay: $25.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with management and supervisors to resolve technical and equipment issues
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and support preventive maintenance (PM) planning
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic die machines, pneumatic assembly equipment, and other production machinery
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic components, including motors, relays, breakers, process controls, and alarms
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; replace worn or faulty components and reassemble equipment to restore functionality
  • Monitor equipment operation to detect malfunctions and ensure adherence to production standards
  • Enforce and maintain machine safety devices and operational standards



Qualifications:



  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in maintenance or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail
