Billing Analyst

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the billing and collection of balances due.

Work with Account Managers, Marketing/Pricing Mgrs. and Admin. Manager to maintain all customer profiles. This includes pricing information, schedules, specification sheets and billing requirements.

Maintain Master Dispatch Sheet and Airline's Boarding Bills, using the Master Catering Schedules of the Airline Customers.

Create and work with Excel spreadsheets or other computerized or non-computerized spreadsheets to calculate and create invoices for all Customers. Send out customer invoices per schedules set up by the company or Customer's contract with Flying Food.

Reconcile computer customers as well as non-computer customers in regards to invoicing vs. payments.

Ensure Corporate A/R properly applies all payments and working with Corporate A/R and the City Controller to ensure Customer accounts stay current. Working with Dispatch, make sure bills and boarding documents are complete and all work performed by the kitchen the previous day was captured and billed.

Maintain accurate files in regards to all invoices, payments, and other customer billing documents.

Working with Production and Transportation, be pro-active in regards to ensuring specs and Boarding Bills are current, followed and that all items boarded are billed correctly. Complete various reports required by the Admin. Manager.Included but not limited to Meal/Flight Counts, A/R Updates in Fairs. Perform other duties assigned by Admin. Manager.
