Introduction: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SharePoint Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and support of secure Microsoft-based infrastructure and SharePoint solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring over 8 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure architecture, SharePoint administration, and Microsoft technologies, with a strong background supporting federal and commercial clients. What You'll Be Doing: Infrastructure Engineering
Architect and implement secure SharePoint environments, including support for mission isolated and other high-security configurations for DoJ clients. Lead migration efforts from on-premises datacenters to hybrid SharePoint online environments. Design and deploy custom Windows images and virtual desktop environments. Support air-gapped workloads and cross-domain alerting solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentoring through internal training programs and boot camps. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for technical reviews, proposal development, and client engagements. Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and other scripting tools. Ensure compliance with security frameworks including DISA STIGs and NIST SP 800-171.
SharePoint & Power Platform Engineering
Lead the design, implementation, and migration of SharePoint infrastructure for enterprise environments. Provide operational support for mission-critical SharePoint applications, including performance tuning, patching, and troubleshooting. Manage SharePoint content migration and upgrades across multiple environments. Support certification and accreditation processes for SharePoint systems. Collaborate with development teams to integrate SharePoint with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Administer SharePoint farms and ensure high availability and disaster recovery configurations. Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint architecture, processes, and governance.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in advanced content management practices including governance tools such as Microsoft Purview.
