The Role:

Entegris is seeking a self-motivated Quality Engineering Lead to join our team. The Quality Engineering (QE) role is dynamic and cross-functional. This new QE Lead will interact at multiple levels and with multiple contact points within the Customer, Entegris, and Supplier organizations. They will be the key point of contact for our Franklin, MA site for manufacturing quality and customer quality engineering. This role is high impact, high output and high visibility. It requires a calm-assertive demeanor and the capability to manage multiple ever-changing priorities.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage as guided with customers, sales teams and factory/product/supply chain/quality teams.

  • Execute QE responsibilities as defined by the QE Policy documents, Entegris business processes, account specific support plan and as led by QE management.

  • Support our Advanced Purity Solutions Air Micro-Contamination product line in Franklin, MA.

  • Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving, Change Management, Customer and Internal Audits, Project Development, Product Support and Development Programs, as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals.

  • Be part of a global team that is designed to improve success of Entegris with our customers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at varying levels and varying degrees of complexity across a vast range of products, regions and companies. (customers and suppliers).

  • Demonstrate excellence in planning, execution, discipline, learning, leadership, and teamwork (exemplify Entegris PACE values)

  • Provide support for various documentation expectations such as business process documents, item tracking, performance reporting and continuous improvement project management.

What We Seek:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electric/Electronic Engineering, or related technical field.

  • 5-8+ years of experience in a quality, process, equipment, or materials engineering role within a highly regulated manufacturing environment

  • Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers with experience in escalation.

  • Project management experience with a focus on closing gaps between company capabilities and customer needs.

  • Experience with applicable quality tools such as pareto, FMEA's, SPC/SQC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, design of experiments, cause and effect diagrams, 8D problem solving methodology

  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours and alternate work shifts to balance workload across a North America, Europe and Asia scope of responsibility.

  • Experience with working and communicating between North America-based manufacturing facilities and Asia based support teams and customers.

  • Ability to travel 10% domestically and internationally (in the post-COVID era)

  • Compensation: $111,000.00-$139,000.000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
