Position Overview:

Exact Sciences is seeking a detail-oriented and driven marketing automation Intern to join ourJourney Orchestration & Web Experienceteam as part of the Summer 2026 Exact Sciences Internship program. The program offers a dynamic, hands-on learning experience designed to provide meaningful, practical work aligned to your field of study and career interests.

The Journey Orchestration team supports Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), and business partners across the organization by executing omnichannel campaigns that engage customers and support improved health outcomes.

Essential Duties:

As aMarketing Automation Intern,you will work hands-on within our Customer Engagement Platform,Braze, to build and launch campaign assets, configure segments, and implement journey logic based on predefined strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels-helping ensure timely, relevant communications that drive patient and provider engagement. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to impactful communications that advance our mission to help eradicate cancer.

The ideal candidate is an undergraduate majoring in marketing, business, or a related field who is curious, collaborative, and eager to grow their marketing-technology skills while contributing to a high-performing team.

This is an in-office role based in Madison, WI, offering hands-on experience with an industry-leading organization. Partial relocation assistance is available.

Minimum Qualifications

• Enrollment in a degree-seeking program, majoring in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations.

• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
