• Provide support to outside sales reps and broker partners
• Manage customer accounts, maintain CRM and sales pipeline
• Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism and urgency
• Perform accurate data entry, lead tracking, and reporting
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve internal processes

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles
• Strong data entry, math, and computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• $20/hour + commission | Weekly pay
• Expected annual earnings: $50,000+
