Description and Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support Lenovo's Solutions and Services Group (SSG) with high-visibility IT Services hiring across our Offerings and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in full lifecycle recruiting and a proven ability to source and engage passive technical and commercial talent in competitive markets.
This role will support hiring across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia, requiring flexible hours to effectively partner with global teams and candidates.
You will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to define role requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver top talent that drives Lenovo's growth in our expanding IT Services business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and commercial roles within Lenovo's Solutions and Services Group.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, technical skill requirements, and team culture.
  • Utilize LinkedIn recruiter for extensive passive candidate sourcing.
  • Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, coordinating interview processes and ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout.
  • Collaborate with HR and TA operations to maintain data accuracy and compliance within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Provide regular updates and market insights to stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.
  • Contribute to process improvements, recruitment branding, and diversity outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years focused on technical or IT services positions.
  • Proven success in identifying, attracting, and converting passive talent in competitive markets.
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms, leveraging Boolean search, social recruiting, and direct outreach.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience supporting IT Services or technology sales teams strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems. (we use Avature)
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support a global hiring scope across multiple time zones.
