With a prime location in Milwaukee's Theater District, Saint Kate serves as a creative hub for the city, where art, hospitality, and community come together. Our banquet spaces host everything from elegant galas and weddings to innovative corporate gatherings and art-driven events.

• Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event orders, layouts, and standards.

• Move, arrange, and handle furniture, staging, and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Ensure all meeting spaces are clean, organized, and properly stocked with required items.

• Work closely with the banquet and events team to ensure room readiness and timely transitions between events.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces.

• Assist with minor maintenance or adjustments to equipment and fixtures as needed.

• Provide courteous assistance to guests and event planners when on the event floor.

• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and associates.

• Support other banquet and hotel operations as requested by management.

• Prior banquet, event setup, or hospitality experience preferred.

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs.) and stand or walk for extended periods.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Dependable and detail-oriented, with pride in presentation and efficiency.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

• A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences.
