General Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Company in a business-like professional manner in both conduct and appearance, to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate and enforce all policies and procedures.
  • Work in compliance with the Company's policies and procedures including safety manual with safety of self and others in mind at all times.
  • Maintain and protect assigned Company assets.
  • Accurate written record keeping, submitted on time and complete, expense reports and other required documentation.
  • Available to work outside of, or in addition to, normal businesses hours.
Specific Responsibilities, Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Schedule labor resources for multiple ongoing projects.
    • Forecast labor ahead of time and communicate scheduling needs to PC for Schedule board input. Proactive over Reactive
  • Work with Project Managers to ensure projects are kicked off properly and any deficiencies are identified.
    • Review contracted scope of work against site plans, identify any red flags
    • Review/create SLD's as required
    • Review schedule against estimated hours and identify roadblocks
  • Identify change order opportunities and communicate these back to Project Manager.
  • Responsible to ensure all aspects of the installation are completed in an effective and consistent fashion.
    • To include- QA/QC enforcement, safe practices, training plans, all operational team meetings (PM, Field, etc)
  • Monitor job status, ensures As-Builts are delivered, ensure programming files/documentation are uploaded to Sharepoint and final closeout documents are vetted prior to closeout.
  • Develop team trainings to ensure our teams are constantly being developed.
    • Work with onsite teams and identify areas of growth and suggest training opportunities that could help develop the team
  • Participate in after action reviews to ensure all applicable project information is downloaded to help improve our teams' efficiencies.
  • Assist with resolving project, installation and operational issues with the Project Management/Field team and work closely with Project Managers to ensure completion of the projects
Supervisory Duties: In accordance with applicable Company policies/procedures and Federal/State laws, this position will perform the following supervisory responsibilities for assigned direct reports: Perform QA/QC, Developing Team Training, After Action reviews and working with our Operations Team to resolve design challenges as they come up.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in respective discipline
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to obtain Hilti, Fall Protection, Scissor/Boom Lift, Confined Space Certifications
  • Ability to obtain OSHA30.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate, (ie see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers;
  • Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment
  • Manual dexterity required for frequent reaching, climbing, and lifting of moderate objects, and operation of power and manual tools/equipment.
WORKING CONDITIONS: In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
  • Site work job conditions are similar to typical construction projects. Work at required heights utilizing ladders, scaffolding, lifts, or other. Work in confined spaces as necessary.
  • Additional environments include office spaces, medical, industrial, warehouse, parking ramps, and other.
  • Outdoor work including occasional adverse weather conditions or cold/heat temperatures may be required.
PAY: $36.00ph - $49.00ph (DOE)
