Position Overview Woolpert is hiring an A&P Mechanic to join our dynamic Aerial Survey team in the United States. This position reports to the Director of Maintenance and is responsible for aircraft maintenance. This A&P Mechanic will support modified KingAir 300, Cessna 404, Cessna 406, and Cessna 208 aircrafts. This will include ensuring the assigned aircrafts are maintained in accordance with manufacturer's programs and FAA standards. Mechanics are responsible for all logbooks and ensuring that company reporting requirements are met. Must be able to operate independently in austere environments Conus/Oconus. Contributes as a team member to maintain high aircraft availability rates 365 days per year. Supervises any vendor technicians performing specialized inspections, repairs, or logistical support on or off site. Interfaces with domestic and foreign government representatives regarding the use of local logistical infrastructure. This will include Maintaining Traxxall maintenance tracking program and maintaining parts ordering, receiving, and shipping programs. Mechanics will usually operate alone on projects with very little supervision. Must be able to complete tasks fully and safely. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
