Position Highlights

The University of Arizona seeks a qualified applicant for the position of Assistant Professor for our Tucson area campus. Responsibilities include: The Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management will Teach courses in undergraduate, Master's, Executive, and PhD programs, including Data Analytics, Group & Team Dynamics and Effectiveness, Human Resource Management, Judgment and Decision Making, Negotiations, Health Care Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, etc. using the knowledge of Logical & Critical Thinking; Research Design & Data Analysis; and Teaching & Lecturing. The position requires a PhD or foreign equivalent in Management or related areas such as Psychology, Sociology or Economics. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform scholarly research,
    publish academic journals, serve the university through various committee
    assignments and provide outreach to the local and extended community.
  • Teach courses in
    undergraduate, Master's, Executive, and PhD programs, including Data
    Analytics, Group & Team Dynamics and Effectiveness, Human Resource
    Management, Judgment and Decision Making, Negotiations, Health Care
    Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, Strategy,
    Entrepreneurship, etc..
  • Mentor and train doctoral
    students.
Minimum Qualifications
  • PhD or foreign equivalent in
    Management or related areas such as Psychology, Sociology or Economics.
