GENERAL SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision of the Director, performs and/or manages work of a generally complex nature aimed at assisting decision making in resource allocation and/or improving the financial performance of HFHS. Plans and coordinates use of resources as required. Prepares reports and recommendations for management and coordinates implementation when possible. Acts as a consultant on projects outside of specific assignments. Supervises tasks of staff relative to assignments/projects. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Is responsible for the following: Developing and refining scope of projects/assignments and objectives. Developing projects/assignments work plan. Guiding day-to-day activities of the projects/assignments work team. Facilitates and/or leads team projects. Provides updates to management. Coordinates written and verbal presentations of findings, conclusions and recommendations.
