Position Summary

The Sr. Director, HR Transformation & Enablement will serve as a critical utility leader driving key cross-functional initiatives in support of the CHRO's agenda. This role supports the execution of enterprise-level HR transformation efforts, supports HR strategy implementation, and partners across HR, IT, and business stakeholders to enable future-ready solutions-including those powered by AI and emerging technologies.

Acting as an integrator, this leader will operate across disciplines to embed agility, build capability, and ensure execution excellence, bringing a unique combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and people-centered innovation. Additionally, this role will support Corporate Functions with planning and execution of Operational Excellence-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities HR Transformation & Strategic Execution (50%)
  • Translate the HR transformation strategy into execution plans, including evolving our HR operating model (in partnership with the Head of HR Strategy) and enterprise learning (in partnership with our Chief Learning Officer)
  • Drive enterprise learning strategy in collaboration with the CLO
  • Ensure transformation programs have governance, execution plans, and KPIs
  • Partner with HR Product Leaders, the newly created HR Specialized Services teams, and HRBPs to drive coordination, adoption, and sustainability of the HR transformation agenda
Innovation & Capability Building (30%)
  • Support HR Specialized Services, in bringing emerging tech (e.g., AI/ML tools) into HR workflows- without owning core tech platforms
  • Act as a catalyst for AI and digital fluency within HR, using storytelling, education, and project incubation
  • Partner with other TD SYNNEX functions across the organization to test, scale, and govern AI use responsibly and effectively
  • Identify new opportunities to streamline experiences using emerging practices or tech, and connect dots across teams
Stakeholder Enablement & PMO (20%)
  • Drive execution of high-impact, CHRO-sponsored priorities that cut across business units or functions. Serve as programmatic thought partner to HR Product Leaders, COEs, and HRBPs - Coordinate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and progress against transformation milestones
  • Develop executive briefings, decision frameworks, and milestone reporting for CHRO-sponsored initiatives
  • Support special projects related to org design, change management, or executive-level initiatives - consistent with the project design framework established by the HR PMO team
Qualifications
  • Must have 10+ years of experience in senior management consulting roles from a leading, global or multinational consulting firm within the Talent or Organization practice
  • Demonstrated track record of success in strategy development and program management across, complex, large, global organizations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of operating model experience with proven ability to provide strategic advisory and consulting support to executive leadership teams on value chain analysis, target operating model design and organizational analytics.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of HR operating models, learning ecosystems, and emerging technologies (including AI).
  • Strong program and change management capability.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

Total compensation range: $157,000 to $243,000

This position would have a Manage Incentive Plan and Stock Incentive program, pending board approvals.

This position will require flexibility to support global organizational needs, however, core working hours are east coast time zone and preferred candidate is Clearwater-based or east coast-based for ease of travel to HQ (25%). Some international travel is also required (10%).
