Summary: In accordance with company goals, this position is responsible for the daily processing and control of complex projects involving the delivery of Four Points, OEM, and/or third-party services.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for Order Management, Procurement, Project coordination and control for CBOSS 2.0 with minimal supervision.
- Responsible for tracking projects to completion and ensuring performance is consistent with contractual agreements.
- Work closely with OEMs, delivery partners, subcontractors and independent contractors as needed during project implementation.
- Responsible for review of contract changes and ensuring changes are processed accurately and consistent with change control processes.
- Responsible for review, processing and reconciliation of all vendor invoices and ability to accurately apply to the respective project. Must be able to work with the vendors and OEM partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate costing from beginning of project through close out.
- Work with Finance/Operations to ensure all projects are being managed consistent with all Operations and Finance processes and procedures.
- Work closely with and serve as an extension of the DOE CBOSS 2.0 Team.
- Provide input and suggestions for bids and proposals prior to award.
- Develop, publish, train and implement Four Points standard processes for Project Control of complex projects involving the delivery of Four Points, OEM, and/or third-party services.
- Working closely with the Four Points Project Management Department when project complexity requires addition PM oversight.
- Display a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operate effectively within the organizational structure; demonstrate trustworthiness and responsible behavior.
- Accept direction and feedback from supervisor and follow through appropriately.
- Candidate will acknowledge and participate in annual ethics training provided by Four Points.
- Candidate will review, acknowledge and participate in any US government and regulatory security trainings periodically as required in their role.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat. Microsoft Dynamics NAV financial management and project accounting solution, and various online government billing systems preferred.
Education/Experience:
- BS/BA Degree in related field and at least 3 years of experience and/or training, OR
- Associate's Degree in related field and at least 4 years of experience and/or training, OR
- 5+ years of experience and/or training, OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
