Looking for a well round marketing designer that can work well in a fast paced agile environment! This is a full time position and hybrid to Chicago, IL. Description - In need of a Marketing Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and knows how to design for performance. You'll be part of a cross-functional SBU team, working alongside strategists, writers, and automation specialists to produce campaign-level creative that drives engagement and conversion. - This role blends creative execution with strategic thinking. You'll design emails, landing pages, social media content, and digital ads that are not only beautiful-but effective. What you will do: - Design and produce digital marketing assets including emails, landing pages, display ads, and social media graphics - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate briefs into compelling visual campaigns - Ensure creative aligns with brand standards and regulatory requirements - Present and defend your work in team reviews, incorporating feedback with agility - Support multiple SBUs with tailored creative solutions for prospecting, onboarding, and retention - Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing Skills Adobe Creative Suite, Graphic Design, Design, Marketing Campaign Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Figma is a nice to have Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
