Job Title: Leasing Operations Specialist (6-Month Contract) Location: Hicksville, NY (Fully Onsite) Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Contract Length: 6 months (covering a leave; potential for extension, no conversion to permanent) Join a dynamic leasing operations team that manages the full lifecycle of leases and loans-from booking to payoff. This role focuses on servicing and payment posting, with a mix of customer service and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Service (25%): Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail requests from clients. * Payment Processing (25%): Post payments (check, wire, ACH, internal transfer) to the sub-ledger, ensuring accuracy. * Cash Reconciliation (20%): Support the funding team in reconciling daily cash disbursements. * Billing Support (20%): Assist with internal and public funding billing processes. * Administrative Tasks (10%): Perform general office duties as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED * 1-2 years of experience in loan/lease operations or servicing * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Solid work ethic and reliability * Basic understanding of ACH, wire transfers, and check processing Preferred Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Experience with LeasePlus software * Background in leasing operations Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
