Description This role is responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently in the field. Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing commercial HVAC systems. * Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and refrigerant cycles. * Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. * Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Skills: Commercial HVAC, Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Air-cooled chillers, Chiller start up, HVAC commercial, HVAC commissioning, HVAC troubleshooting Experience Level: Intermediate - Expert Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $115000.00/yr. This is an hourly paid role. Direct placement. Guaranteed raise of $4/hr for the next 2 years. ElitAire pays fringe benefits on top of hourly pay. Company car, gas card, all tools provided. Relocation package for out of state candidates Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Columbus,OH.
