Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:
*Privileges based on occupancy and business levels Definition: The primary purpose for the Rental Program Assistant Manager to assist the Rental Program Manager in acting as a liaison between the resort and the property owners. The Rental Program Assistant Manager administers the rental of privately owned condominiums, homes, and townhomes. General Duties: Because of the fluctuating demands of the Resort's operation, it may be necessary that each Associate perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your position, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other Associates are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed.

Education and Experience High school diploma required and a minimum of two years' experience in rental housing. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
