About the Role

We are looking for a SCADA Technician to join our Water Team in our Greater Washington region (Bremerton, Puyallup, or Seattle). You will report to a Senior Electrical Engineer.

You will support our water/wastewater clients to design, develop, implement and maintain SCADA systems for water/wastewater facilities.

You Will:

  • Design and Develop - SCADA and HMI systems using platforms such as AVEVA, Ignition, Rockwell Automation, or similar.
  • Test and Implement - Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, commissioning, and field start-up activities.
  • Maintain - Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of SCADA systems post-deployment.

You Have:

  • Expertise in SCADA systems and related technologies like Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and telemetry.
  • 4+ years of experience in process control and systems integration.
  • Proficiency with PLC and HMI development software such as AVEVA, Rockwell Automation, or similar.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $90,000-$130,000 depending on qualifications.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. Our compensation structure prioritizes transparency and internal pay equity.
