The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. JOB SUMMARY QRS Manager of Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance will provide oversight for all NBIMC departments and the CHoNJ to meet regulatory and accreditation standards. Coordinate planning, implementation and evaluate of organizational compliance with all regulatory/licensing standards and ongoing readiness for survey. Responsible for all survey activity related to licensing surveys or accreditation surveys by regulatory agencies. Conducts and Coordinates mock surveys and tracer activities to ensure continued survey readiness. Facilities Performance Improvement (PI) teams as assigned to improve processes for increased quality, safety and efficiency. Conducts Root Case Analysis (RCA) as assigned. Insure that [unit/department/division] is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.
