Job Summary: The In Home Support Counselor (IHSC) works for our Intensive Services Foster Care (ISFC) program. The IHSC is a behaviorally trained practitioner who provides one to one support services and intervention to the child, youth, and resource family as outlined in the child or youth's treatment plan. The IHSC is a member of the treatment team which includes the social worker, therapist, supervisor, school personnel, CSW and resource family. The IHSC works with the treatment team to coordinate interventions toward helping the child and youth to reach their goals. The IHSC contributes to the organizations vision and mission and demonstrates the values of our organization. The IHSC follows all Penny Lane Centers policies and procedures regarding the Heart Centered Culture, cultural sensitivity, and cultural awareness. The IHSC supports the agency mission and vision in their interaction with children, youth, families, and partner agencies. Requirements:
Position Location: Lancaster, CA Salary Range: $23.99 - $33.77 per hour Additional $2.00 per hour bilingual Spanish differential. Penny Lane Centers offers competitive salaries and benefits.
