Position Summary:

The Workforce Support Specialist is expected to deliver high-quality support utilizing outstanding customer service skills and techniques that promote customer usability and satisfaction for multiple workforce time and attendance management tools.

Help desk tickets including inbound/outbound calls, emails, and in-person support of database administration, maintenance, analysis, reporting, processes, and hardware troubleshooting.

This position requires significant contact with internal and external business customers along with IT vendors.

Your attributes:



  • Technical help desk or call center experience preferred, but not required
  • Time management or payroll software application support preferred, but not required



The anticipated hourly base salary for this position in the US is $18.00 to $19.50. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual hourly base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
