  • Drive pre award recruiting by building qualified pipelines, identifying key personnel, and providing sourcing support for proposals and bids.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, capture teams, and program leads to anticipate staffing needs and align candidate pipelines with evolving mission requirements.
  • Execute data informed sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, and your professional networks.

  • Track and analyze ATS metrics to drive process improvements, pipeline visibility, and proposal readiness reporting.
  • Represent MetroStar at cleared recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence and talent reach.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to craft compelling job postings, refine candidate profiles, and continuously enhance candidate experience.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the federal contracting space.
  • Proven track record supporting IT and technical roles for DoD or Intelligence Community contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, shifting client priorities, and carrying clearance levels simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration with hiring teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Experience supporting proposal recruiting and surge staffing in cleared environments, including key personnel sourcing and pre-award pipelines.
  • Familiarity with federal compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Jobvite) and ability to leverage reporting for decision-making.
