Job Title: Data Analyst

Location(s): Seattle, WA

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Onshore Lead to drive client engagements from Seattle location.
• This role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical acumen, and the ability to coordinate effectively with offshore teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients onshore.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business and IT.
• Act as a bridge between onshore clients and offshore delivery teams.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure clear documentation and communication of requirements and feedback.

• Proven experience in leading distributed teams and managing offshore coordination.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, preferred.
