JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS We are searching for an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter to join our team at the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) at Penn State. This part-time position will provide services for ARL employee(s) who have hearing loss by facilitating, supporting, and maximizing collaborations within ARL, the University, visitors, sponsors, and other stakeholders in a variety of research settings, at both on and off-site locations. Your working location will be fully on-site, located in State College, PA. Working hours will average 12 hours/week, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. This non-exempt position may require travel to off-site locations, including overnight travel. However, this is not a requirement and can be discussed during the interview process.
