Description The National Security Sector, Homeland Security Solutions Division is seeking an accomplished Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to support our Customs and Border Protection customer delivering results-oriented, Agile / SecDevOps software development and maintenance services. The successful candidate helps manage a program with more than 300 software engineers supporting more than 50 software products/applications. The DPM will ensure high quality and on-time delivery of projects throughout their entire lifecycle; collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment; communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements from external stakeholders, while working with the team to implement new technical solutions leveraging advanced concepts; manage resources, budget, schedule, customer engagement, and ensure high end-user satisfaction. The DPM will possess strong creative, communication, and collaboration skills. DPM acts for the PM on all matters relating to work performed, during any absence of the PM Responsibilities and Duties
