Salary: $37.20-41.33 Hourly
We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator for a 7-month hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR. As a Project Coordinator, you will be the backbone of IT project operations, working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to keep initiatives on track, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals. Your ability to organize, communicate, and anticipate needs will empower teams to deliver groundbreaking results and maintain the high standards of quality expected from a world-class organization. Responsibilities
* Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist in work breakdown sessions, create initial project schedules, and maintain them under the Project Manager's guidance.
* Resource Management: Help define project resource requirements and maintain resource plans to ensure optimal team allocation.
* Communication: Support the execution of communication plans, provide timely status updates, and report on project health and progress to diverse stakeholders.
* Metrics & Reporting: Collect key project metrics and health indicators to monitor and report on project performance, offering valuable insights.
* Budget & Cost Management: Assist with managing project costs, compiling budget data, and tracking actuals against forecasts to ensure financial accountability.
* Risk Management: Assist in defining risk management plans, analyzing potential risks, and developing proactive mitigation strategies. Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, including executive and creative departments.
* Demonstrated attention to detail, capable of producing polished, error-free presentations that effectively convey key messages and uphold high standards of quality.
* Experience working in corporate or brand-driven environments, with the ability to tailor communication for executive-level audiences.
* A passion for innovation and an understanding of a dynamic, forward-thinking culture.
* Superior organizational skills, which will be absolutely key in this role.
* Proven ability to adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Expertise with standard office productivity suites.
* Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team.
* Experience in supporting senior executives, global marketing teams, or investor relations in a fast-paced, creative environment.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques to convey performance metrics and strategic insights.
