Job Overview
The Sr. Program Manager provides senior-level support across multiple business functions and is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that drive data-informed decisions.
This role also oversees contractor resource management, ensuring deliverables align with business priorities, quality standards, and timelines. The Sr. Program Manager monitors performance, sets clear expectations, and ensures consistent, high-quality output.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, and Alteryx, coupled with a strong understanding of data management, business processes, and visualization best practices. This position requires both strategic thinking and technical execution to deliver impactful, scalable results across internal and external teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops project plans and schedules and provides budget oversight for the business group. Leads kick-off, requirements and spec reviews, and other program meetings.
- Develops and implements process controls ensuring department compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Manages contracts and vendors. Acts as a liaison between management and vendor/partners.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver meaningful insights to business stakeholders.
- Build efficient and well-structured data models and DAX measures to support advanced analytics and reporting needs.
- Use Power Automate to streamline manual reporting and data workflows.
- Develop Power Apps solutions to support data capture, approvals, or process enhancements where applicable.
- Utilize SQL and Alteryx (or similar ETL tools) to extract, transform, and prepare data for reporting and analytics.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field ()
- 4-7 years of experience in Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Program Management roles focused on analytics and automation. Required
- 2-4 years Supervisory or program management experience. Required
- Power BI Expertise: Proven ability to design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
- Power Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation, Power Apps for building custom applications, and integration across Microsoft Power Platform.
- SQL & Data Querying: Strong command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across multiple data environments.
- Alteryx / ETL Tools: Experience using Alteryx or similar ETL tools to enable data preparation, automation, and advanced analytic.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive end-to-end project execution, and deliver measurable business value.

Base Pay Range: $83,500 - $150,700
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
