The Group Project Manager leads T-Mobile Secure Federal Operations (TSFO) business and technical initiatives, often consisting of multiple complex, high-visibility projects. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role applies deep industry, business, technical, and project management expertise to deliver innovative solutions, world-class infrastructure, and critical business capabilities. TSFO programs are managed using standard methodologies with clear timelines, budgets, and defined resources.

This is a hybrid position required to be in-office at least 3 days a week.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and lead cross-functional teams, delegating responsibilities and driving collaboration. Ensures timely activity, integration and productivity of technical support and administers efficient use of resources to meet requirements with clear identification of task completion. Plays a support role with technical solutions ensuring all groups' responsibilities are included, managing very closely with the technical leaders to ensure alignment. Manage scope, schedule, budgets, and resources across programs; resolve conflicts and prioritize effectively. Oversee project communications, meetings, and success metrics to ensure alignment with business goals. Identify and mitigate risks, escalating as needed, and provide clear solutions to leadership. Understands what is important to different stakeholders in the business and ensures that their interests are protected as well as the overall program objective through project planning and execution. Define and manage program scope, addressing change requests and scope creep. Partner with business and finance to develop budgets and business cases. Ensure quality standards are met, proactively resolving issues that impact deliverables. Act as a senior escalation point and trusted consultant for cross-functional challenges. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Strong leadership and program/project management expertise Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Experience with product lifecycle management, budgeting, and financial analysis Create clear documentation including technical writing, reference materials, and operational support documents
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or combination of equivalent experience and education. Advanced degree preferred 7 years of industry experience as a program or product manager within a technology environment, with a progressive record of successful delivery of complex solutions, systems, or services 4 years of experience in Agile Program Management setting in any capacity: SM, PO, etc Knowledge of IP networks and routing Exposure or knowledge of radio networks, 3GPP, specifically in 4G and 5G Wide expertise in cloud architecture and cloud native solutions Experience working on projects in a wireless industry Familiarity with managing DoD/Federal/USG contracts preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States US Citizenship (without dual citizenship) is required Security Clearance, active or ability to obtain one is required

Base Pay Range: $110,200 - $198,900
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
