Position SummaryThe PX Business Partner (PXBP) for the AECO Segment will be a strategic partner to the segment's leadership team. This highly visible role is responsible for developing and executing a people strategy that directly aligns with and drives the AECO segment's business objectives, particularly its focus on software growth, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and successful "Connect & Scale" initiatives. The PXBP acts as a consultant and change agent, bringing proactive, data-driven HR solutions to complex business challenges. What You Will DoThe PXBP serves as the "go-to" face of PX to employees and managers within the assigned group(s) and acts as the primary liaison and single point of contact to other key PX functions, including Compensation, Benefits, Talent Development and TA.
Job Location Job Location: This is an office position with the focus locations of Westminster, CO, Portland, OR, a UK office location, or Espoo. This is not a remote position and may be relocation eligible Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
