ResponsibilitiesDesigns and implements features across the Windows stack using C++, C#, Python, and the latest Windows SDKs. Drives identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service, or platform. Writes clean, maintainable, and test-driven code; participates in code reviews and adheres to Microsoft secure-by-default engineering practices. Moves fast and adapts quickly in a dynamic environment, driving impact with urgency and agility. Leverages subject-matter expertise of product features and partners with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project managers) to drive a workgroup's project plans, release plans, and work items. Contributes to team discussions, shares insights, and supports continuous improvement. Engages with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-obsessed solutions.
