THE ROLE: As Client Pricing Strategy and Planning Manager, your primary mission will be to develop the pricing strategy supporting the Client business and then execute that strategy flawlessly to grow Client profitability. You will work closely with the business unit, sales, operations and finance in the development of the winning strategy. Key elements to the winning strategy are comprehending the competitive landscape and market, customer needs and the right product portfolio. You will be part of a team that includes other strategists, deal desk and contract personnel. You will be reporting to the Director of Client Pricing Strategy and Planning. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate has experience applying analytical and strategic critical thinking to pricing topics towards growing the business. They possess strong interpersonal communication skills and can build collaborative relationships across all levels of the business. This person will quickly understand customer requirements, pricing structures and market conditions and translate this information into pricing strategies for the teams they partner with. In addition, this person is a proactive problem solver who is self-sufficient, able to self-manage their work, and takes initiative to drive results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
