What to Expect
The Process Technician will support the Container Management Center (CMC) operations by ensuring process adherence, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement in day-to-day activities. This role is responsible for drafting and updating process documentation, identifying process inefficiencies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement timely and effective solutions. Assist CMC PMs in executing continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, documentation, and process validation.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and ensure timely updates to reflect process changes and accurate operational practices
- Manage and update PFEP (Plan for Every Part) data and related operational trackers to support material flow and process visibility
- Interpret data sets into information to identify trends, drive insights, and opportunities for process improvement
- Employ Lean and 5S principles, drive root cause improvements, and implement structured Problem-Solving techniques
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams like Warehouse Operations, Production Control, IT Application Developers, Logistics, Safety, Material Planning, 3PLs, and other vendors
- Ability to prepare diagrams to illustrate workflow, product routing, floor layouts, material handling, and equipment utilization
- Provide direction to operations personnel in day-to-day solutions to systematic issues
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of lean principles and process documentation
- Ability to read 2D/3D packaging prints or designs
- Ability to create multi-process workstation layouts, standardized work, staffing, and process maps to execute a successful rebalance of workstations as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data management
- Ability to create visual work instructions and process flows (Visio or similar tools is a plus)
- 15% Travel to other CMC sites, factory, and PC Warehouses

Expected Compensation
$28.75 - $42.73/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
