Division Overview

The Division of Communications and Marketing encompasses Communications, Marketing & Sales, and Digital Product Experience. With approximately 120 team members across three units, the Division supports strategic initiatives that connect, engage, and inform internal and external audiences.


Position Summary

The Division Project Specialist plays a critical role in supporting strategic operations across the Division of Communications and Marketing. Reporting to the Senior Strategist, this position ensures the smooth coordination and execution of Division-wide initiatives, meetings, and reporting cycles. The Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage logistics, track progress, and support the integration of innovative tools and technologies that enhance operational efficiency.

Here's what you will be doing:



  • Coordinate operational needs for team engagements, including logistics, scheduling, and communication.
  • Coordinate quarterly reporting across the Division, working with the Senior Strategist to align on timelines.
  • Coordinate team presence around strategic priorities and objectives for large team engagements or meetings.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing meeting materials and presentations.
  • Maintain and update the Division calendar, ensuring alignment with key dates and deadlines.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of Division-wide projects and escalate issues that create a risk for meeting timelines and objectives.
  • Track and report on event budgets and expenses.
  • Support agenda strategy, tracking, and documentation for All-DCM team meetings.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining content strategy for internal and external communications.
  • Support the adoption and integration of AI tools and advanced technologies to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Required:



  • Requires a bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience.



This role is based in our Washington, DC office. ACS employees work a hybrid schedule, consisting of working onsite two days per work week, as decided by functional area. The balance of the week is open to working remotely, though employees are always welcome onsite each day if they choose.

A reasonable rate of compensation for this position is between $65,000-$80,000 per year.

Any actual offer of employment, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be made in the sole discretion of ACS. ACS reserves the right to amend or modify its employment benefits and compensation structure at any time.
