The Division of Communications and Marketing encompasses Communications, Marketing & Sales, and Digital Product Experience. With approximately 120 team members across three units, the Division supports strategic initiatives that connect, engage, and inform internal and external audiences. Position Summary The Division Project Specialist plays a critical role in supporting strategic operations across the Division of Communications and Marketing. Reporting to the Senior Strategist, this position ensures the smooth coordination and execution of Division-wide initiatives, meetings, and reporting cycles. The Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage logistics, track progress, and support the integration of innovative tools and technologies that enhance operational efficiency. This role is based in our Washington, DC office. ACS employees work a hybrid schedule, consisting of working onsite two days per work week, as decided by functional area. The balance of the week is open to working remotely, though employees are always welcome onsite each day if they choose. A reasonable rate of compensation for this position is between $65,000-$80,000 per year. Any actual offer of employment, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be made in the sole discretion of ACS.
