Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll run our lamination equipment, keep production on schedule, and help maintain the quality standards our customers count on.

Your Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate lamination equipment according to job specifications and company standards
* Perform basic maintenance on the machine to keep it running smoothly
* Mix materials and check coating weights as needed
* Inspect film for the correct type, size, color, and footage
* Monitor the quality of the product throughout each run
* Work closely with the production team to plan, prioritize, and adjust jobs when needed
* Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns immediately

Your Shift:
2nd Shift - 4:00 pm to 2:00 am | Monday - Thursday

You Must Have:
* Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
* Good mechanical ability and interest in working with machinery
* Ability to read and follow written instructions
* Reliability and focus - able to stay on task and meet deadlines
* Commitment to working safely and maintaining quality

Requirements Within This Position:
* Ability to communicate and exchange information clearly with team members
* Regularly required to walk throughout the shift
* Frequently operate machines and handle print materials
* Move around the facility as needed during production
* Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25+ pounds regularly

We Would Also Prefer:
* High school diploma or GED
* Experience working with close tolerances or technical measurements
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
* Good color recognition

Compensation:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.00-$23.00. The actual rate offered depends on factors such as experience, education, and skills. The range listed is one part of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package.
