Trade Compliance Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid - Onsite Tuesday/Thursday + 3rd day TBD

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Contract: 8 months

Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic global trade environment? We're looking for a Trade Compliance Specialist to support import/export operations and ensure compliance excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with logistics, quality, and operations teams, using your analytical and organizational skills to keep our trade processes running smoothly. You'll gain hands-on experience with SAP, data analytics, and global trade systems-all while helping to maintain compliance and drive process improvement.


How You'll Make an Impact


  • Generate SAP reports to present KPIs in Tier 4 meetings and OTIF calls.



  • Perform SAP GTS export compliance screenings to ensure trade accuracy.



  • Manage daily information requests from Customs Brokers for import clearance of materials and products.



  • Prepare USDA export certificates and Certificates of Origin for Chamber of Commerce submissions.



  • Conduct entry post-audits and maintain proper recordkeeping for compliance files.




What You Bring


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).



  • 1-3 years of experience in trade compliance, import/export operations, or database management.



  • Working knowledge of CBP import regulations and the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTSUS).



  • Familiarity with HTS classification and Country of Origin rules.



  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.



  • Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.



The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
