Web Optimization Manager We're looking for an analytical, performance-minded Web Optimization Manager to help take our client's Job Seeker Marketing site to the next level. This role is all about building better experiences, improving conversion rates, growing awareness, and ensuring visitors find the value they're looking for. You'll report to the Director of Web Strategy & Optimization and own their A/B testing program from end to end, from hypothesis to launch to impact reporting. You'll also collaborate closely with UX, content, SEO, and marketing teams to create and optimize pages that drive real results. Day in the Life:
