What does a Systems Administrator - Collaboration Tool do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As a Sr. Systems Administrator - Collaboration Tool at Swire Coca-Cola, you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and shaping the future of enterprise communication. By leading the deployment and optimization of advanced platforms like Microsoft Office 365, Proofpoint, and Teams, you'll deliver impactful solutions that transform how thousands of employees connect and collaborate. Responsibilities:



  • Administer and optimize Microsoft Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Lead the management and configuration of Proofpoint email security and filtering systems
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for email delivery, calendaring, and collaboration issues
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Teams policies, integrations, and lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and protection of communication platforms
  • Administer and support Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance, and information protection across collaboration platforms
  • Monitor system performance, usage trends, and license consumption across collaboration tools
  • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Act as an escalation point for Systems Administrators and Service Desk staff
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the IT department
  • Interface with vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate and implement new collaboration technologies
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical collaboration systems



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration required
  • 2+ years experience in IT systems administration with a focus on collaboration platforms required
  • Experience with Proofpoint administration and troubleshooting
  • Administrator experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, and other Collaboration Tools
