Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer II to join our dynamic team and contribute to data-driven projects across the full software development lifecycle-from conceptual design to production deployment. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys solving real-world business problems through technology.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, lead internal technical discussions, and present findings to stakeholders. Your contributions will directly impact our digital transformation initiatives.



Responsibilities

    Enhance and maintain existing ASP.NET web applications; contribute to new development projects.
  • Resolve technical issues via ticketing systems, documenting solutions and improvements.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for application data consumption.
  • Improve front-end functionality using jQuery and modern client-side scripting tools.
  • Manage code using Git version control, including branching and pull requests.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning and code reviews.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Independently implement features and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision.


Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET WebAPI (experience with .NET 8 is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software architecture principles.
  • Experience with SQL Server, including writing intermediate to advanced queries.
  • Familiarity with Angular, Blazor, or MVC frameworks.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines).
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and secure coding practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
