KPMG is currently seeking aManager, SAP S4 Public Cloud Data in Enterprise Solutions for our Advisory Services practice. Responsibilities: * Develop and own the comprehensive data conversionstrategy, assessing legacy landscapes, defining source-to-target mapping,establishing cleansing protocols, and designing the data governance framework. * Lead the data conversion workstream within the SAPS/4HANA program, managing the project plan, budget, and financials whileproactively identifying and resolving risks and issues. * Design and oversee the data conversion architecture,including ETL pipelines, staging strategies, and validation protocols,leveraging SAP BTP and Datasphere where applicable to enhance dataorchestration. * Lead the hands-on execution of the full dataconversion lifecycle, including ETL design, multiple mock cycles, datavalidation, and final cutover, ensuring alignment with all program milestones. * Support the pursuit director during sales cycles byproviding expert input into the data conversion scope, solution design, andpricing to ensure alignment with client transformation goals. * Lead the data conversion team by assigning tasks,managing delivery quality, and fostering a collaborative culture. Driveefficiency by developing reusable ETL templates and automation accelerators forfuture projects. * Act with integrity, professionalism, and personalresponsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP dataconversion and governance, including at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANAPublic Cloud implementation where you provided input into the data workstreamscope and solution during the sales pursuit. * Bachelor'sdegree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field. * Proven expertise in developing and executingend-to-end data conversion strategies, from assessing legacy landscapes anddefining source-to-target mapping to designing and implementing robust datagovernance frameworks. * Demonstrated success managing the entire dataconversion workstream within large-scale SAP programs, including workstreamplanning, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and full financial oversight ofthe budget. * Strong technical command of data architectureprinciples, with hands-on experience designing ETL pipelines and leading theexecution of the full data migration lifecycle, from mock cycles through finalcutover. * Established ability to lead and mentor data-focusedteams while driving innovation through the development of reusable ETLtemplates, automation scripts, and governance accelerators to enhance projectefficiency and quality.
