Client Operations Analyst - Private Asset Team

SEI is seeking a motivated operations professional to join our Private Asset Team. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established firm with a growing alternatives platform.

The Private Asset Team manages approximately $5 billion in private assets across the following strategies: buyouts, venture capital, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure.

This position will support the senior Private Asset Team members in the production of quarterly reports for investors, management of portfolio data, and ad hoc client requests. This is not an investment role.

This position requires a minimum of three days per week in the Oaks, PA office.

What you will do:

  • Prepare and deliver quarterly investor reports for the various private asset vehicles.

  • Monitoring of existing portfolio, including quarterly/annual statements, capital account summaries, performance updates, fee transparency, and capital activity. notices).

  • Support ad-hoc client and manager requests including performance analysis, portfolio composition, and ESG/impact metrics.

  • Review and manage data within in-house portfolio monitoring system for completeness, consistency, and quality.

  • Manage performance figures, models, and external data sources used to create client reporting.

  • Contribute to ad hoc client data requests.

  • Creation of materials for client and prospect meetings

What we need from you:

  • 1-3 years' experience (desired but not required) working within a financial services platform, with private assets experience a plus

  • General knowledge of private investments

  • Strong background in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
