Overview

Our Center for Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these.

As a Sr Principal, Business Process Analyst (Launch Excellence), you will be responsible for delivering step-change improvements in our Launch processes. This will require you to understand our current state, define a future-state vision, and work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team to define, standardize, and embed best-in-class product launch processes across the organization. This role will drive customer-centric launch readiness, ensure commercial and operational preparedness, and enable consistent, high-impact go-to-market execution for new products & solutions. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer engagement, and is passionate about building repeatable frameworks that elevate organizational performance.



Responsibilities

    Develop and implement an organization wide Launch Excellence framework , defining standard processes, templates, and governance for product launch.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track launch readiness and post-launch success.
  • Lead adoption of launch standards and tools across global teams, providing training and change management support.
  • Guide persona development, customer journey mapping, and voice-of-customer insights to inform launch strategies.
  • Define and validate value propositions and business cases standards for new products, ensuring alignment with target customer needs.
  • Define go-to-market planning, including pricing strategy, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews, bring together lessons learned, and refine the Launch Excellence playbook for future launches.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and integrate innovative ways to enhance launch impact.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-10 years' experience in product management, product launches, commercial readiness, or product marketing in biotechnology, life sciences instruments, software, or informatics.
  • Shown experience in launch planning, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric methodologies including persona development, journey mapping, and VoC research.
  • Experience preparing value propositions, business cases, and commercial readiness plans.
  • Outstanding project management skills, including ability to define processes, governance, and metrics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing teams across functions and geographies.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize insights and drive data-informed decisions. #LI-Hybrid
