Position Details

  • Schedule: Full-time (32 hours/week); Monday - Thursday
  • Location: Plymouth and Northeast Clinic
  • Salary Range: Starting range $22.90 - $26.34/hour (Where an applicant may fall on the salary range will vary based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience & education)

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage registry studies including scheduling patient appointments, coordinating referrals, completing chart reviews, consenting patients, and completing protocol-specific procedures
    • Coordinate new registries including, but not limited to, collecting data and entering data
    • Draw labs, process, prepare, and ship specimens for all ongoing trials
    • Manage lab kit inventory for assigned studies
    • Responsible for data management and query resolution of assigned studies
    • Track study data as directed
    • Assist Clinical Research Coordinators in identifying and pre-screening potential patients using study protocol inclusion/exclusion criteria
    • Assist all department staff with daily clerical duties
    • Responsible for scheduling and attending Research Department meetings and accurately documenting and distributing meeting minutes
    • Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies
    • Assist with marketing and recruitment activities
    • Maintain records temperature documentation for all investigational product on site
    • Manage the archiving process of research documents after study closure
    • Manage site staff credentials
    • Create and maintain source documents and department templates
    • Complete internal chart reviews and maintain reports on findings
    • Any and all other duties as assigned

    Education and/or Experience:

    • 2 year degree and/or one to two years of clinical research experience preferred. One to two years of electronic health records experience is preferred.
    • Certifications/Licenses: None required.

Employees may be required to travel to other company locations due to staffing and training needs.

    While performing the duties of this position, the employee works in a clinical environment and may be exposed to hazardous chemicals or conditions including exposure to blood or other body fluids. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and training will be provided. The employee is exposed to a computer monitor daily. The employee may be required to travel by automobile and exposed to changing weather conditions while performing the duties of this position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee must be alert to conditions that may impact the safety of patients, employees and visitors.
