*This is a hybrid role, 3 days/week in office, located in Salt Lake City, UT*

As the Senior Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) you will lead the activity management team responsible for all Commercialization and Value Leadership (Gross Productivity) projects for the Frozen and Dry Tru Fru Portfolios. You will be responsible for building and implementing the playbook, governance, and guardrails for project management execution. In parallel, you will directly support the Sr Director of S&OP+ and Strategic Initiatives in their responsibilities as setting up operational execution.

What you'll do



  • Lead the activity management team (commercialization and Value Leadership).
  • Develop the appropriate process for project definition, resourcing, approvals, monitoring of progress against milestones, and project status escalation.
  • Own implementation and ensure compliance with digital platform (Monday.com) to ensure single source of truth and fully integrated project plans that can scale.
  • Use PMO tools to track the innovation pipeline and leverage data to support informed decision-making.
  • Communicate priorities, changes, and decision rationales to stakeholders; collect feedback to continuously refine processes.
  • Conduct post-cycle reviews documenting lessons learned and planning for future improvements.
  • Ensure alignment and communication with functions and facilitate cross-functional collaboration for insight sharing.
  • Partner with finance to monitor Pipeline and Value Leadership sufficiency.
  • Support Senior Director of S&OP+ and Strategic Initiatives in coordination of key business forums (National Sales Meeting, Quarterly Business Review, extended leadership meeting) to ensure agenda alignment, event facilitation, pre-meeting requirements, post-meeting decision/action.
  • Partner with finance to monitor Pipeline and Value Leadership sufficiency.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Manage cross-functionally and lead by influence all critical stakeholders of the S&OP process to create a culture of innovation and accountability.


What you'll bring to tru fru

You are...



  • Analytical and have an in-depth understanding of business/financial interrelationships between marketing/sales strategies, pricing, volumes, COGs cost structure.
  • An excellent communicator; both verbal and written.
  • Experienced in evaluating the performance of the business and what levers should be pulled to drive performance.
  • Proactive with high energy; results-oriented and willing to initiate and nurture change.


You have...



  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a PMO with direct experience in consumer goods industry.
  • 2+ years of experience managing executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Well-developed organizational skills.
  • Fluency in PMO best practices and digital project management tools.


Pluses



  • Experience with Monday.com
  • PMP Certification
