While we can't solve mosquito bites or lost luggage, we can simplify a lot of the technical parts of travel, and we're looking for the best thinkers to help us do it.

How you'll make an impact:

Your expertise in Exchanges & Refunds will empower you to make a meaningful impact on one of Travelport's highest-priority initiatives. In particular, we are focused on advancing our Automated Refunds capability, and your deep domain knowledge and understanding of the complex business logic behind the refunds process are exactly what we need.

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure alignment, drive quality, and deliver solutions that shape the future of travel commerce.

Your role in action:

• Leverage your subject matter expertise to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams, ensuring product requirements and designs are accurate and aligned with business goals
• Investigate and analyze customer-reported issues, providing clear recommendations for resolution
• Participate in root cause analysis to identify and address quality issues
• Design, develop, document, and deliver well-structured, actionable business requirements that drive product success

Could this be you?

• Proven experience in Exchanges & Refunds within the travel industry, with a strong grasp of Automated Refunds processes and associated business logic
• Ability to interpret complex domain-specific scenarios and translate them into clear, structured business requirements
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 USD Annual

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
