How you'll make an impact: Your expertise in Exchanges & Refunds will empower you to make a meaningful impact on one of Travelport's highest-priority initiatives. In particular, we are focused on advancing our Automated Refunds capability, and your deep domain knowledge and understanding of the complex business logic behind the refunds process are exactly what we need. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure alignment, drive quality, and deliver solutions that shape the future of travel commerce. Your role in action:
