Pay information



  • Pay Level: 022
  • FLSA Category: Nonexempt - Hourly
  • Individual pay will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, internal equity, and other relevant factors.
  • Opportunities for continued salary growth through a performance-based merit program.
  • The estimated starting pay for this position is $28.15/hr - $37/hr.

A day in the life

The Client Management and Implementation Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the business operations of the client implementation process. This position serves as a liaison between various internal departments and external business system vendors. The Client Management and Implementation Business Analyst serves as the first to review, troubleshoot, and make determinations on the best course of action to resolve departmental issues and to ensure consistent operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include



  • Functions as a liaison between various internal departments and external business vendors.
  • Leads and/or participates in special projects, cross-functional workgroups, and corporate projects, as needed. Serves as a subject matter expert within assigned department and makes decisions on behalf of team, when appropriate. Assists leadership by collaborating with appropriate business owners to ensure projects and other business solutions are met. Actively supports corporate project meetings by setting milestone dates and works to meet these dates.
  • Analyzes and promotes business enhancement efforts with the goal of creating a positive impact on the customer experience or geared towards creating efficiencies; participates in the design and implementation of these efforts to ensure the system design fits the needs of the customer, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborates with departmental staff when process or system issues are identified, works to understand the cause and the overall business impact, and follows any issue through resolution, including communicating status updates to applicable stakeholders and providing training when necessary.
  • Identifies features to maximize the capability of individual systems or methods to create synergies between multiple systems and departments. Works cross-functionally to implement project plans to capitalize on process improvements. Develops/writes/reviews business requirements for system changes/enhancements, as well as performs testing as the changes are made.
  • Implements process/technology improvements and determines most effective method for training staff. Assists in the development of training and training materials. Coordinates joint training sessions with staff when process/technology improvements are ready to be implemented.
  • Provides backup support to the department, as necessary.



What you need to succeed




  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field is required



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, business systems, or a related field



  • Communicates effectively across teams and stakeholders



  • Applies strong analytical thinking to solve complex problems



  • Organizes and prioritizes work to meet deadlines and project goals



  • Understands organizational structure and dynamics to drive collaboration



  • Builds and maintains effective relationships across departments





Equivalent combination of education, experience or training determined to be acceptable by Human Resources may be substituted, unless regulated by contract or program standards
